IMPROVEMENTS IN AND RELATING TO TELESCOPING MEMBERS TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to improvements in and relating to telescoping members. BACKGROUND ART Telescoping members such as poles which interlock via means of a biased button device engaging a line of longitudinally aligned apertures have a variety of uses and have been around for a number of years - see for example US 4616668. Existing telescoping members have a line of apertures longitudinally spaced apart wherein the distance between each aperture dictates the minimum distance the telescoping members can be extended or retracted. Therefore, a problem with existing telescoping members is that they can only be extended/ retracted in relatively coarse manner which is limited by the distance by which the apertures are spaced apart. It would be useful if there could be provided a way to provide a finer degree of adjustment so the telescoping members could be retracted or extended a smaller distance than by conventional methods. One attempt to provide a finer adjustment when setting the length of telescoping members is taught in GB 2351097. This invention however only provides for one level of adjustment which accords to the spacing differential between the holed on the inner and outer members. In addition, this system needs to utilise a separate pins to pass through the holed on the inner and outer members lock the length of the telescoping members or provide multiple push buttons in all the holes of the inner member. Thus, it requires multiple components and/ or separate components which can be easily lost. It is an object of the present invention to address the foregoing problems or at least to provide the public with a useful choice. It will be clearly understood that, although a number of prior art publications are referred to herein, this reference does not constitute an admission that any of these documents form part of the common general knowledge in the art, in New Zealand or in any other country. 1 Throughout this specification, the word "comprise", or variations thereof such as "comprises" or "comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element, integer or step, or group of elements integers or steps, but not the exclusion of any other element, integer or step, or group of elements, integers or steps. Further aspects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the ensuing description which is given by way of example only. DEFINTIONS The term 'offset' as used herein refers to the distance by which one aperture is out of alignment with another. The term 'fastened' as used herein refers to affixing something to another object in a firm or secure manner. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION According to one aspect of the present invention there is provided a telescoping assembly including: - a first member attached to a spring button device which comprises a button end and a biasing component outwardly biasing said button end; - a second hollow member with an internal diameter which is larger than the external diameter of the first hollow member; wherein the second hollow member includes at least two circumferentially spaced rows of longitudinally spaced apart apertures extending along the length of the member for at least a portion thereof and wherein the apertures in each row are longitudinally offset with respect to apertures in a different row so that every aperture is located a different distance from a distal end of said second member; wherein the button end is dimensioned to fit through any of said apertures in the second member when aligned therewith as a consequence of the force imparted by the biasing component to fix the relative position of the two members. According to a second aspect of the present invention there is provided a telescoping assembly including: - a first member fastened to a spring button device which comprises a pair of opposed button ends and a biasing component outwardly biasing said button ends; 2 - a second hollow member with an external diameter which is larger than the internal diameter of the first hollow member; wherein the first hollow pole includes at least two pairs of rows of apertures extending along the length of the member for at least a portion thereof, apertures in each row being longitudinally aligned and wherein each aperture in a pair of rows (opposed apertures) are transversely aligned, and wherein the apertures of each pair of rows are offset with respect to each other, so that each pair of opposed apertures is located a different distance from a distal end of said second member; wherein the button end is dimensioned to fit through any of said apertures in the second member when aligned therewith as a consequence of the force imparted by the biasing component to fix the relative position of the two members. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Further aspects of the present invention will become apparent from the ensuing description which is given by way of example only and with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 shows a telescoping member assembly according to one aspect of the present invention; and Figure 2 shows a telescoping member assembly according to a second aspect of the present invention; Figure 3 shows a schematic plan view telescoping member assembly according to a third aspect of the present invention; Figure 4 shows a schematic side view of the telescoping member assembly of Figure 3; Figure 5 shows a schematic view of a double button spring clip. BEST MODES AND ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES In Figure 1 there is shown a telescoping assembly 1 which has a first member in the form of pole 2 and surrounding the first pole 2 is a second member in the form of pole 3 which is hollow. The second pole 3 has two rows 4 and 5 of apertures 6 and 7 respectively extending along a portion of the length of second pole 3. As can be seen the apertures 6 and 7 are offset with respect to one another so that each aperture is located a different distance from a distal end 10 of said second pole. The first pole 2 has a spring button in the form of a spring button clip 8 fixed near one distal end thereof which can extend through any one of the apertures 6 or 7 depending on what length 3 you want to fix the telescoping pole assembly 1. To adjust the length of the pole assembly 1 one simply depresses the spring button 8 and slides the second pole 3 relative to the first pole 2 in either of the directions shown by double headed arrow X (and if need be rotates the second pole as shown by arrow Y) until the spring button 8 aligns with an aperture 6 or 7. In Figure 2 there is shown a telescoping assembly 1 which has a first pole 2 and surrounding the first pole 2 is a second pole 3 which is hollow. The second pole has three rows 4, 5 and 6 of apertures 7, 8 and 9 extending along a portion of the length of second pole 3. As can be seen the apertures 7,8 and 9 are offset ( as shown by lines A1-4, B1-4 and C1-4) with respect to one another so that each aperture is located a different distance from a distal end 10 of said second pole. In Figures 3 and 4 there is shown a telescoping pole assembly 1 which has a first pole 2 and surrounding the first pole 2 is a second pole 3 which is hollow. The second pole has two pairs of opposed rows 4 and 5 having apertures 6a, 6b and 7a, 7b respectively extending along a portion of the length of second pole 3. As can be seen the apertures 6a and 6b are transversely aligned with one another as are apertures and 7a and 7b. However, by way of contrast the apertures of each opposed pair 6a, 6b and 7a, 7b are offset a distance Z with respect to one another so that each pair of aligned apertures is located a different distance from a distal end 10 of said second pole 3. In Figure 5 there is provided a double button spring clip 500. DETAILED DISCUSSION OF ALTERNATE WAYS TO IMPLEMENT THE INVENTION The first member may have a variety of different shaped cross sections. The second hollow member may also have a variety of different shaped cross sections. The cross section of the first and second members should correspond so that in use the first member may slidingly move within said second member.. The spring button device may come in a variety of different configurations without departing from the scope of the present invention. In some embodiments the spring button device may be in the form of, or be known as, snap buttons - see www.valecocleve.com. In general the spring button device has a button end in the form of a dome shape. In general the biasing component may be in the form of a spring. In one embodiment the spring may be a leaf spring. In a further embodiment the spring may be a coil spring. 4 In some embodiments where there are two pairs of rows of transversely aligned apertures the spring button device may have opposed button ends connected by a biasing component. Aspects of the present invention have been described by way of example only and it should be appreciated that modifications and additions may be made thereto without departing from the scope thereof as defined in the appended claims. 5
